-
Absolutely. Full public liability insurance is held to cover all operations, including drone work and on-site filming. This ensures all work is carried out safely and professionally, with appropriate protection in place for both clients and property during any visit or flight operations.
-
All drone operations are carried out in line with CAA regulations and appropriate safety procedures. Flights are planned carefully to ensure safe distances from buildings and people, and equipment is operated by a trained pilot to minimise any risk to property or surroundings.
-
The time and date of the visit is agreed at the time of booking. Visits are usually scheduled 5-7 days from booking date - depending on availability. Priority Turnaround service is sometimes available for a fee.
-
That’s entirely your choice. Visits can be completed without you needing to be at the location, provided you have given details of requirements, and any property notes. E.g: access codes, specific areas of interest etc…
-
Commercial pricing is tailored to each project based on the scope of work, estimated time on-site, location, and travel requirements.
The volume and type of imagery required are also considered, as larger collections of photos or video can require additional time for selection, editing, organisation, and delivery after the visit.
-
A 25% non-refundable deposit may be applicable at the time of booking to secure your day/time slot. If you prefer to pay in one lump sum, this can also be done at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is ideally due on the day of visit, but no longer than 14 days after receipt of deliverables.
-
Card payments are available through your invoice for a quick and secure payment option. Bank transfer is also available, and cash or card payments can be accepted during the visit if preferred.

Sometimes on the day, but no longer than 48 hours after the visit.
-
Absolutely, the files will be named by where and what they are showing. For large quantities of files, or varying file types, they will be separated into folders for easy navigation.
-
Additional work or coverage requests may be accommodated where time, location and scheduling allow. Any work outside the agreed project scope will be discussed and quoted separately before proceeding.
Additional requests made on the day may be subject to revised pricing depending on the requirements, time involved and impact on the original schedule.
-
Absolutely. Specific requirements, areas of interest or preferred viewpoints can be discussed before the shoot to ensure they are considered as part of the agreed service.
-
No. Aerial imagery provides detailed visual content only and is not a substitute for a professional inspection, survey, assessment or technical advice. It can help highlight areas that may require further attention, but any concerns should be reviewed by an appropriately qualified professional.
-
Privacy is always considered when capturing aerial imagery. Flights are planned to minimise unnecessary filming of neighbouring properties or private areas, and imagery is captured only for the agreed purpose. Where people or private details are unintentionally captured, reasonable steps may be taken during editing, such as cropping or blurring where appropriate. Clients are also welcome to inform neighbours in advance of any planned drone activity, including when and why it will take place, to help ensure a smooth and respectful process.
