There are a number of benefits to being a regular client of DC Creative Works, aside from the quality of service. These are outlined below, with Pre-Paid Credit recommended for those with ongoing requirements.

  • The Pre-Paid Credit System is a simple way to pre-load credit for future bookings, making invoices easier to manage. Plus you receive bonus value.

  • The Pre-Paid Credit System saves time on invoice admin when there are multiple jobs being completed.

    Also, buying credit gives you bonus GBP value to spend.

  • Pre-Paid Credit can be purchased in 3 packages. Each package comes with bonus value to spend on DC Creative Works Products. The values are listed below:

    -Top-up £1500 credit, get £1650 to spend (£150 bonus value).

    -Top-up £2500 credit, get £2800 to spend (£300 bonus value).

    -Top up £3500 credit, get £4000 to spend (£500 bonus value).

    For example: If you buy £3500 credit, and request £3750 worth of DC Creative Works services, you will still have £250 left to spent on other DC services.

  • Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and is eligible for refunds. (see section below)

    Any bonus value included with a top-up cannot be refunded and is valid for 90 days. After this period, any unused bonus value will expire.

    For example: if you purchase £3,500 credit with £500 bonus value and only spend £3,250 within 90 days, the £500 bonus value will expire. Your remaining £250 credit balance remains unaffected and can still be used or refunded within the standard terms.

  • You can request a refund of any unused credit from 3 months after top-up.

    Refunds are available up to 12 months after top-up, after which point balances cannot be refunded due to accounting limitations.

    If less than half of the credit has been used, a 10% admin fee will apply to the refunded amount.

    Key Point: This system is designed to simplify invoicing and reward ongoing clients. The admin fee and 12 month limit on refunds is in place to avoid misuse of the system.

  • You can spend this credit on any DC Creative Works services.

    Please note: you cannot use credit/bonus value to top-up more credit.

  • It’s very simple. You top-up the account, then when DC Creative Works finishes a job, we’ll deduct the amount due from your balance.

  • -You’ll still receive a receipt each time you top-up, as well as a balance statement.

    -You’ll still be sent quotes for each job.

    -After a job is complete, you’ll still receive an invoice where the amount due will be deducted from your credit balance and marked “Paid” . Your new credit statement balance will also be provided.

  • When a job is requested, we’ll let you know if the balance won’t be enough to cover it. You can then either:

    -Top-up your balance.

    -Pay the difference when the invoice is sent out.

  • Yes, anyone can buy credit, but this system is ideally designed for ongoing/frequent clients - Estate Agents, Construction Firms, Businesses requiring Social Media content… But yes, anyone is welcome to buy credit with DC Creative Works.

  • Simply let Dan know you wish to purchase credit, and how much. Payment details will be provided (bank transfer), then you’ll receive a receipt and updated balance statement once payment is confirmed.

  • Top up is via Bank Transfer. You’ll receive a receipt and balance statement.
