  • Aerial photography and drone services cover property marketing, inspections, and commercial content creation. Services include real estate photography and video, residential inspections, boundary imagery, construction progress monitoring, and bespoke commercial marketing media.

  • Based in Broughton Astley, Leicestershire and the midlands is DC Creative Works primary service area. However travel to locations across the country is possible, please see Location & Travel for details.

  • Getting started is simple. Complete a booking form and you’ll receive a quote typically within 24 hours.

  • Pricing models vary by service, and all non-custom services have prices clearly marked.

    All services can be bought individually, as pre-made packages, or request a custom quote.

  • For residential services, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due prior to delivery of the final images or media.

    For long-term clients and business customers, a deposit may be required depending on the project, with invoices payable within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed in advance.

    There is also the option for repeat clients to purchase Pre-Paid Credit - simplifying invoices and payments.

  • Yes, services can be provided to anyone requiring them.

  • A smooth, professional experience focused on clear communication, efficient delivery, and high-quality visuals with minimal disruption on site.

  • DC Creative Works is not currently VAT registered, as the business has not yet met the UK VAT registration threshold. All prices are therefore quoted without VAT, and no VAT is currently applied to services.

  • This can vary depending on factors including post-production editing. Please see specific services for information regarding delivery time.

  • As standard:

    -Videos are delivered in MP4 files

    -Photos are delivered as JPEG files

    Alternative file types are available on request.

  • Files are uploaded to Google Drive, an access link will be sent to your email for you to view and download files.

  • Fast-Turnaround times are definitely possible, depending on schedules. Please see specific service pages for details regarding fees and timeframes.

  • Bookings can be rescheduled with reasonable notice, subject to availability.

  • Drone operations are conducted in accordance with UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations, with an A2 Certificate of Competency (A2 CofC) held for compliant and safe drone use in appropriate categories of airspace. All flights are carried out with a strong focus on operational safety, legal compliance, and risk awareness.

  • Experience includes filmmaking, YouTube content creation, and social media production, with a strong focus on visual storytelling, composition, and editing. This is supported by extensive cinematic drone work across a variety of international locations and environments.
