1. Overview

This Pre-Paid Credit Policy applies specifically to the Pre-Paid Credit System offered by DC Creative Works.

It explains how credit can be purchased, used, managed, and refunded.

By purchasing prepaid credit, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Pre-Paid Credit System

We offer a Pre-Paid Credit System which allows clients to purchase credit in advance for use against future bookings.

Credit can be used across eligible services including (but not limited to):

  • Photography and videography services

  • Drone aerial imagery and inspections

  • Property documentation services

  • Commercial content creation and marketing media

Credit is deducted at the time of booking and applied against the cost of services.

3. Credit Validity

  • Standard credit is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

  • Credit must be used within this period unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • After expiry, unused credit may no longer be redeemable

4. Promotional / Bonus Credit

Where bonus or promotional credit is issued:

  • Bonus credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue

  • Any unused bonus credit will expire after this period

  • Bonus credit cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash

5. Refunds of Unused Credit

Refunds for unused standard credit may be requested under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are available no earlier than 3 months after the date of purchase

  • Refunds apply only to unused standard credit balance

  • Any bonus or promotional credit is excluded from refund eligibility

  • Where less than 50% of the credit has been used, a 10% administration fee may be applied

6. Refund Time Limit

  • Refund requests must be made within 12 months of the original purchase date

  • After 12 months, remaining credit balances are no longer eligible for refund

This ensures accurate accounting and prevents long-term liability issues.

7. Credit Usage Rules

Credit can be used towards eligible services provided by DC Creative Works.

Services will be charged at the applicable service price, including any eligible discounts or savings available at the time of booking. Pre-Paid Credit is then deducted against the final booking value.

Pre-Paid Credit does not prevent clients from benefiting from eligible service discounts, including applicable multi-service or location-based savings.

Your Pre-Paid Credit account may include both purchased credit and bonus value. These are displayed separately for transparency, alongside your total available balance.

When credit is used, deductions will be applied in the following order:

  1. Existing purchased credit

  2. Existing bonus value

  3. Newly purchased credit

  4. Newly issued bonus value

This ensures any available bonus value is used before newly purchased credit.

Credit is non-transferable between clients unless agreed in writing.

Credit can only be used for services provided by DC Creative Works.

Credit is not redeemable for cash except where a refund is approved under this policy.

8. Fair Use Policy

This credit system is designed for genuine service use.

We reserve the right to review or refuse refund requests where there is evidence of:

  • misuse of promotional credit

  • repeated purchase and refund behaviour

  • attempts to exploit pricing structures or promotional offers

9. Offers, Discounts & Promotional Value

Pre-Paid Credit and bonus value can only be used towards eligible services provided by DC Creative Works. They cannot be used to purchase additional Pre-Paid Credit, generate further bonus value, or be exchanged for cash value.

Where a booking qualifies for a discount or promotional offer, the discount will be applied before Pre-Paid Credit is deducted.

Pre-Paid Credit does not prevent clients from benefiting from eligible service discounts, including applicable multi-service or location-based savings.

Where multiple promotional offers apply, DC Creative Works reserves the right to determine eligibility and how promotional value is applied.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
